London 90-night calculator

How the rule works
- The limit is 90 nights per property in each calendar year (1 January to 31 December), across every platform.
- It applies to whole homes let for stays of under 90 consecutive nights, and the person providing the accommodation must pay council tax on the property.
- Going over needs planning permission from your borough. Boroughs can also remove the allowance for particular properties or areas.
- Airbnb's own 90-night cap only counts Airbnb bookings.
