Take the guided setup

A step-by-step walkthrough of setting up a property, with an explanation at every step.

1. Open Guided setup from your dashboard, or click Guided setup on any property.
2. Describe the property. Your answers decide which checks apply.
3. Read through your checklist: each check is labelled as a legal requirement, expected by insurers, or recommended, with the reason it is there.
4. Add the date from each certificate, and upload the certificate if you have it. We read the dates for you.
5. Link your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo calendars, then set up your guest safety page, house guide and guest register.
6. Finish with a tour of the property menu, so you know where everything is. You can stop at any step and come back later.
