Import properties from a spreadsheet
Move a whole portfolio across in one go.
- Go to Portfolio and click Import from CSV.
- Click Download template and fill it in. Only Name is required.
- Save it as CSV, then choose the file (or paste it in) and click Check and import.
- If any row has a problem, nothing is imported and you'll see exactly which rows to fix.
Good to know
- Yes/no columns accept yes, no, y, n, true, false, 1 or 0. Dates can be DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD.
- Add the last gas safety, EICR, fire risk assessment and EPC dates and HostSorted works out when each is next due.
- Admins can tick a box to email an invitation to each new owner in the file.
- Up to 500 properties per file.
