Link Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo calendars
Count booked nights across every platform and time reminders around real stays.
- Copy your calendar export (iCal) link from each platform. On Airbnb: Listing, Availability, Connect calendars, Export calendar. On Booking.com: Extranet, Rates and availability, Sync calendars. On Vrbo: Calendar, Import and export.
- Open the property in HostSorted and find Bookings.
- Choose the platform, paste the link and click Link calendar.
- HostSorted reads it straight away and refreshes it automatically every few hours. Click Refresh now to update it sooner.
Good to know
- You can link up to 5 calendars per property. Overlapping bookings are counted once.
- The links are read-only: HostSorted sees dates, never guest names or payments.
- In London, you'll see your nights against the 90-night limit. Everywhere, you'll see nights let in the last 12 months for the 70-night business rates test.
