Changeovers and cleaner links
See every check-out and give each cleaner their own schedule link.
- Link your booking calendars first (see Link Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo calendars). Changeovers are worked out from them.
- Open Changeovers in the sidebar to see every check-out in the next 30 days. Same-day turnarounds are flagged.
- Under Cleaners, click Add a cleaner, enter their name and email, and tick the properties they clean.
- Click Email link to send them their schedule, or Copy link to send it by text or WhatsApp. There is no login: the link is their way in.
- Cleaners open a changeover, tick through the checklist, add notes and photos, and click Mark as done. You see it straight away.
- To change the checklist, open a property, go to the Changeovers tab and edit the Cleaning checklist.
Good to know
- If a link is shared by mistake, open the cleaner and click New link. The old one stops working.
- Anything a cleaner reports as broken becomes a job on the Maintenance page.
