Keep a guest register
Record every guest aged 16 or over, as the law requires, with online registration.
- On a property, open the Guest register tab.
- Tick Let guests register online and click Save. A Register your stay button appears on your house guide, and you get a link to send guests.
- Guests enter their arrival date and everyone in their party. Overseas guests are asked for their passport number, where it was issued and their next address.
- Add guests yourself with Add a guest, and download the register with Download CSV if you ever need to show it.
Good to know
- Entries are deleted automatically 12 months after departure. Passport details are encrypted.
- The guest register, alarm test log and fire action notice are free on every plan.
